Hi everybody!

As we’re so excited about our dieting results and friends keep on asking what our secret is, we decided to share our experience and our personal weight loss programme, how to lose weight without feeling hungry.

We started our diet about 4 weeks ago, without drinking alcohol by the way, and Pimm lost 8 kg of weight and I about 6 kg. All without feeling hungry!

It’s not always that easy and it helps that we do it together, but it’s extremely satisfying to look at the weight scale and to see that it works 🙂
