Since the beginning of the Lockdown, we started with our online Yoga classes which is either a great way to start the day or a great way at the end of the day.
This very ancient form of exercise is a safe and effective way to increase physical activity, strength, flexibility and to help improve balance and co-ordination.
There’s some evidence that regular yoga practice is beneficial for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches and pains, like e.g. lower back pain, depression and stress.
We like the holistic approach to yoga because of our lifestyle, which is more focused on our entire routine, rather than the physical practice of yoga alone. We’re working on achieving health and wellbeing through the cultivation of harmony within our lives and Yin yoga is one way to do so.
If you have never experienced Yoga yourself, give it a try, we have some excellent recommendations for you and you can also follow online yoga classes:
- Yogapoint in the Netherlands, with Kim Bakker
- Prittie Yoga in the UK, with Emily Perrier
- Happy Head Yoga in he UK, with Anna
Stay safe and Namaste!
