Zay gezunt …..is Goodbye in Yiddish and means literally ‘to your health’ or ‘be healthy’, as Goodbye literally means ‘God be with you’.
In my language, German, it is ‘Auf Wiedersehen’!
And in mine, Dutch, it is ‘Tot ziens’!
And that is what we hope will happen, we hope to stay in touch.
Doing the Lockdown alphabet was fun to do and we learned a lot. Also much more very nice responses than we expected, which is great and we want to thank you for that.
Stay safe, stay in touch, zay gezunt and Au reservoir, as we say in Tilling!
